Provincial Waste Strategies
CPIA works very closely with government at all levels. One of the areas in which CPIA has done extensive work is in developing plastic waste management strategies for the various provinces across the country. These strategies are essentially “roadmaps” for plastics waste management – highlighting where and how the province can achieve greater diversion of household plastic waste.
To date, the following provincial waste management strategies are available:
